A prompt refund will be issued for the price of the item(s). Shipping expenses you, the buyer, have paid for return or exchange is not refundable. Any return in which "Free Shipping" was used will receive a refund less our shipping cost on the order. Once a return has been initiated on an order with free shipping, we will email you the corresponding USPS invoice so you may verify the shipping amount. For an exchange, please allow 2-3 day processing prior to shipment of the new item after the original order is received back in our facility. We suggest on any return or exchange your mail carrier uses a tracking method. Any order refused, or considered undeliverable by our carrier (UPS or USPS) after the order has shipped, will be subject to a restocking fee of 10% of the total order amount. **Refunds and returns are not applicable to any special order items. This "special order" status will be clearly specified in product description. Refund and Exchange Policy for Local Customers We guarantee the condition, and quality of all our products. If you are not satisfied with your order and would like to return or exchange an item, feel free to return to the location of the point of sale. You may initiate a return within 30 days from the date of the sale. We can either exchange the item, or issue a refund. Please note, all local refunds are issued in the form of cash or certified funds. If you reside immediately outside the Tampa Bay Area and wish to return an item, we request the purchased item be shipped to our facility at the address listed above. You, the buyer, are responsible for all shipping costs. The product must be returned in the condition it was received. Our Cancellation Policy If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, simply email us at orders@staciesgifts.com. Please indicate "Cancel My Order" in the subject line. We will advise you once the transaction has been voided via reply email. There will be occasions where orders will ship the same day they are placed. Once the order has shipped, it will need to be returned according to the online return policy for a refund once you have received the order. In the event an item is out of stock, you will be notified the same business day by email. Please contact us if you do not receive your order within 1 business week. We reserve the right to cancel any order in which the mailing and/or billing information can not be verified during order processing. |
